
13 Year Competitive Swimmer To Coach
I grew up in Shakopee, MN, where I started competitive swimming at age 8. I spent the next 13 years training and competing. During my high school years, I broke the 100-yard butterfly record with a time of 51.10 and went on to make it to State.
During college, I qualified for and went to Future’s Championships, made it to TYR Big Swim Series in Illinois to swim, and competed in numerous other championship meets across the country.
After spending 13 years swimming, I decided to stop and focus on other things. Shortly after, I decided to move from Minnesota to Tennessee and focus on my personal training certification to help other people achieve their fitness goals.

Hybrid Personal Training
Personalized programming with the flexibility you need. Receive customized workout plans, weekly app-based check-ins, and form video reviews. Meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly for in-person form assessment and program adjustments. Train on your schedule, at any location. Perfect for self-motivated individuals who want coaching without the commitment of frequent weekly sessions.
Online Personal Training
Complete remote coaching for busy professionals and clients outside my service area. Receive personalized programming, weekly video form checks, progress tracking, and unlimited messaging support. Hybrid Training
$120/month + $60/session
Async workouts + 60 minutes in-person session
